These terms apply when you request a demo of EQAssure. By requesting a demo, you agree to them. If you are requesting a demo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to agree to them for that organisation.
EQAssure is provided by ChiselForge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17410612) (“ChiselForge”, “we”, “us”).
“Demo Materials” means everything we share with you because you requested a demo: the product tour video, live or recorded demonstrations, screens, examples, documents, and anything else we show or send you about EQAssure before you become a customer.
You may use the Demo Materials only to decide whether EQAssure is right for your organisation, and share them only with colleagues who need them for that decision and who are told these terms apply.
The Demo Materials are confidential. Please keep them to yourself and those colleagues, and don’t publish, post, forward or show them to anyone else.

The Demo Materials, and EQAssure’s software, design, content, methodology and approach, are owned by ChiselForge (or its licensors) and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Nothing in these terms gives you any licence or right in them beyond the use in section 2.

When you request a demo, the product tour unlocks on the browser you used for 14 days. It is for you and your colleagues described in section 2 to watch. The tour uses a fictional demo organisation.
Requesting a demo does not commit you to buy anything. The Demo Materials are provided for evaluation only, “as is”, and are not professional, legal, audit or compliance advice.
We use the details you give us to reply to your request, arrange and hold your demo, and follow up about it. We keep a record that you agreed to these terms and when. We don’t add you to a mailing list. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your information and your rights.
Sections 3 to 5 continue after your demo, whether or not you go on to use EQAssure. If you become a customer, your customer agreement and our Terms of Use apply as well.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
